This ensures that you’re satisfied with the design before it’s completed. Once a custom order reaches its final production stages, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if there’s an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product—we want to make it right. Please contact us at presson2025@gmail.com, providing clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item(s), and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
